Leadership

William Janis
Managing Partner
William is a real estate investor and strategic operator who leads One Bay South with a primary focus on building and managing a $35M+ real estate portfolio across mountain towns and Texas markets. His approach combines patient capital with active asset management to create long-term value in supply-constrained markets.
His unique background includes elite strategy consulting at Accenture and PwC Strategy& (formerly Booz & Co.), where he became one of the fastest-promoted professionals in the firm's history. As SVP at Sharecare (Nasdaq: SHCR), he led initiatives serving 10M+ lives and launched a VR wellness program achieving 82% engagement rates. He sold his first startup, UrbaHome, at age 22.
Beyond his real estate focus, William provides strategic oversight to portfolio companies Spectra Pro Supply, Telemedicine.com, and AuraBlink. His investment philosophy centers on the belief that the best returns come from operational excellence and forever hold periods, not financial engineering.

Brandon Ader
Operating Partner & CEO, Spectra Pro Supply
Brandon leads One Bay South's paint retail operations as CEO of Spectra Pro Supply, bringing deep expertise in SMB operations and real estate investment. Under his leadership, Spectra has rapidly expanded from a single location to 6 locations in just half a year, serving professional contractors across mountain communities.
Prior to joining One Bay South, Brandon founded and operates Saddle Rock Capital, a Dallas-based real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily and manufactured housing properties. His investment philosophy emphasizes operational improvements and long-term value creation in resilient asset classes.
A University of Washington alumnus, Brandon combines institutional investment discipline with SMB operational expertise. His focus on building lasting relationships with contractors and delivering exceptional service has been instrumental in Spectra's growth trajectory.

Wesley Sheh
Principal
Wesley joined One Bay South to build technology-driven operational excellence across the portfolio. His approach combines AI automation with hands-on execution to drive measurable results in portfolio companies.
Prior to One Bay South, Wesley built and scaled AI systems that generated millions in revenue. At Homelight, he automated outbound operations that made 1.5M+ calls and created $2.5M in annual run rate within four months. He previously served as Chief of Staff at AI startup Daydream and helped grow Hustle Fund's angel investment program.
Wesley's philosophy centers on using technology to build lean, efficient organizations that can compete with teams 10x their size. This operational focus, combined with patient capital, enables One Bay South to transform good businesses into exceptional ones.
